Deposit FAQ
How is the selling price determined?
We evaluate each item based on brand, condition, seasonality, and the secondhand market. Our goal: a fair price that encourages purchase while still valuing your item.
When do I get paid?
As soon as an item is sold, the commission is due to you. You will receive a summary of your sales with a payment at the beginning of each month.
What happens if my item doesn't sell?
At the end of the deposit period (3 months), you have the choice to retrieve the item, renew the contract, or donate it. We will notify you before the deadline.
Can I set my own selling price?
We set the price based on our market experience—this is what allows us to sell quickly and at the right price. You can request a minimum price for a piece you are particularly attached to.
Do I need to bring my items in person?
Yes, except for a home drop-off by appointment if your wardrobe warrants it. Contact us to discuss this.
How many items can I deposit?
No fixed limit—we evaluate each piece individually upon selection.
What happens if an item is damaged while it's in your possession?
We handle each piece with the utmost care. Should any damage occur due to our actions, we will inform you and find a fair solution.
Are there any fees if my item doesn't sell?
No, there are no fees if no sale is made.
